其他成份:  磷脂膽鹸 (由葵花萃取), 明膠 

特點:
1) 以雙層磷脂包裹核心維他命B雜成脂質體, 保護核心成份免受胃酸及消化酵素破壞.
2) 直接在小膠吸收, 吸收率提高98% (無脂質體的吸收率只約20%)

服用方法: 每日1粒 (保健), 加強效果, 早, 晚各1粒
                 另外, 如服用高劑量維他命B12 (如5000mcg以上), 建議同時補充這B雜
