No transaction fee is needed if customer pay by PayMe, Octopus O!ePay, Alipay, Wechat Pay or Pay to our bank account.
Transaction fee 3.9% on payment amount is needed to pay by customer if pay by VISA / MASTER credit card.
Transaction fee 1.8% on payment amount is needed to pay by customer if pay by FPS.

Commodity return and exchange

Customer is allowed to return and exchange to another same value commodity within 5 days after the transaction date. However, the commodity is needed to keep sealed as original packing and only 1 time exchange per order is accepted.
Once the original packing of the commodity is damaged or has been opened and used, return and exchange is not accepted.
